Our Environmental Mission

Climate Change is a massive global issue but collectively by using and developing science to address emissions reduction and drawdown solutions we can have a hugely positive impact on our planet.

As our business grows so too will our need for talented and passionate people.

Asparagopsis is a common seaweed native to the waters of Tasmania.

The bioactives in this seaweed, when included in very low quantities as a feed supplement, greatly reduce the production of methane from livestock.

We’re in the business of cultivating and replicating it.

The Sea Forest team is dedicated to fighting climate change by being the first in the world to cultivate Asparagopsis at a commercial scale

Sea Forest is continuing to develop innovative extraction, cultivation, stabilisation and concentration methodologies for the seaweed’s bioactives by partnering with the world’s leading research teams across Australia and New Zealand.
